Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the device with all original accessories and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping it back to us.
Inspection and Refund
